About Lupe Moreno

Lupe Moreno started in new homes sales with a national builder in San Antonio, TX in 2004 and just after 1 year she was promoted to Lead New Home Sales Counselor. She also earned an award with the National Association of Home Builder's 'Sales Counselor of the Quarter 2005' & 'Rookie of the Year' respectively.


Lupe started her real estate career in 2004 with a new home builder working as a new home sales counselor in San Antonio, TX. In 2006, Lupe became a licensed Realtor in Nevada & Arizona specializing in the urban development & condo markets in both areas. It was in 2008 when Lupe decided it was time to start her real estate career in her home town of San Antonio, TX where she flourishes in the following markets: Custom Home Sales, Build on Your Lot, High Performance Green Home Sales, New Home Sales, Military Relocation
 

Lupe says her greatest joy is helping people achieve the American dream of owning their own home. "I still have relationships with all of my clients and am grateful to have been a part of their home buying experience".
